An 18-year-old Pennsylvania man has been charged with drunk driving after police found him driving his buggy, with two out of his four passengers on the buggy’s roof, the Associated Press reports.

Robert Miller, of Punxsutawney, was stopped by police on July 8, in Canoe Township, Indiana County, Pennsylvania.  His four passengers, who range in age from 16 to 20, were cited for underage drinking, according to WGAL TV.

Police stopped the buggy with two people riding on top.  Police say all five had been drinking and had alcoholic beverages with them.

The legal limit for driving in Pennsylvania is .08, for underage drinkers, the limit is .02.

The AP reports online court records didn’t list attorneys for the suspects.
